I hate walking over 10k+ miles every day that I work. It hurts my back my feet and really my whole body. Makes me so tired by the time I get home from work that I don't even get to enjoy the evening anymore. Now it only makes me so tired and wore out the days that follow that I don't even want to get out of bed either. I hurt constantly.
Why do doctors or any form of health officials explain that this is more than likely going to occur when you walk this much without any breaks at all.
Staying fit in my opinion is now a joke in itself.i will take my chances with being not so active. At least it doesn't hurt nearly as badly.
