Pour ceux qui veulent perdre du poids. Qu'est-ce qui vous pousse à aller à la salle de sport tous les jours ?

Tout d'abord, je vais parler de mon état de santé : j'ai reçu un diagnostic de diabète et d'hypertension il y a environ un an et je travaille depuis à perdre du poids.

    One of them is what I call Time Blocking. I assign a block of time to do a very specific task. And I disciplined myself to carry out that plan without questioning. When the alarm or a reminder goes off, I drop whatever I was doing and get to that task right away. It's not easy as a busy adult with many priorities, but this has been the most effective habit that I built.
