    On last 25th April 2024, I went to Salford Run Media City 10K, I started ran at 7pm, I did a Great Run 10K in 48 mins, 32 Secs (00:48:32) with my medal 🥉 💪🏼🙌🏽🙌🏽🤙🏼🏃🏽‍♂️✨️✨️✨️✨️🦸‍♂️
