Mingle Challenge Day 3 - The Circle

How did it start?

 

A few months ago I decided to start jogging, for the first time in my life I was about to take on a serious workout. All the times I said to myself that I wanted to jog but I have never done anything about it until I said to myself: Damien just go.

 

And this is what I did, and I am not regretting it. I love every single minute of it.

 

I know

 

Jogging all the way is impossible right now to me. I am going on a circle, around 2 miles, I must measure it (O wish there was a measure tape that long), however, nowadays there are many apps that are telling you the distance you are walking or running, or, as I said, jogging.

 

I am not jogging all the way, I usually do it in 3 parts, and every few days I increase my jogging distance and at the same time I reduce the walking distance. The circle is the same length unless I decide to take a diversion, usually on weekends.

 

My challenge 

 

I must try to close the circle by the end of September. 

 

Come on Damien, you can do it!!!

 

I will and I an consistently reaching at least 20k steps a day, like I did tonight.
