Belly fat, obviously is fat and to reduce fat percentage from your body,
you need ° to BURN more KCAL (calories) than consumed° its simple is that.
Ofcourse doing this, fat is not going down only fron your belly, simply is not possible to lose fat from one part of your body. Its gonna reduce from all your body little by Little.
So...best fat reducing activitys is cardio.✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
Do running, cycling, jogging, jump roping,walking...and allot of different types of cardio.
I'm not sharing there any workout tips, everyone must find what is best for them :)
