Comment perdre du ventre - Déficit calorique ✨

Vous ne pouvez pas choisir où vous allez perdre de la graisse, vous devez donc perdre du poids en général, pour lequel vous devez être en déficit calorique (brûler plus de calories que vous n'en consommez) et ces vidéos d'entraînement qui sont censées cibler la graisse du ventre, ne conduisent pas réellement à la graisse du ventre spécifiquement, mais elles renforcent vos abdominaux, donc c'est toujours important, bien sûr ! 🥰

      Wooh, that is a great achievement, congratulations!! I am in no way a professional but you may want to combine a calorie deficit with regular strength training, if that is a possibility for you. That gives a more toned look but losing the last bit of fat is generally a struggle/very slow. Also, women tend to have a slight bump in the belly area and naturally have more fat than men. Women hormones may always make it harder as well, so it may never be totally flat but eating healthy and balanced, hydrating well, reducing stress and having a good sleep pattern should also help with this. If it is more loose skin than fat, then there might unfortunately not really be a solution for this as this may indeed be due to pregnancy and/or losing a lot of weight.
