So recently I wanted to tone up my legs as I noticed I had a little water retention after all the Christmas food! So first and foremost, I started drinking lots of water and teas which greatly help.
Then obviously, cashwalk was a great motivation to get as much daily steps as possible.
My last tip would be to try and do some very deep sumo squats, they mainly target the thighs but I honestly felt them in all my leg muscles such as calves and glutes. My only tip would be, if you suffer from knee pain restrain from trying them as it does put a strain on the knees.
