With this post I am going to give you my personal advices for a fit booty. 

The following tips work for men and women both.

In the picture above the side lunge shift exercise is presented. 

This is just an option but there are plenty of other exercise.

I recommend to exercise at least 3 to 4 times per week, in addition cardio exercise is also beneficial. 

To conclude the work outs should be accompanied with a healthy diet.
