So I couldn't post more than 1 pic bc I'm a newb. Anyway idk what they call thus so pardon my terminology. My best description is a single handed dB front cross raise. When I went to gym it was easier with a lower cable but I started this way and I loved it. Targets the upper chest. In pic u see my hand right where I'm feeling it. I had bench pressed alot in my youth so I never targeted this area b4. Start with an underhand grip and bring dB cross body to opposite shoulder height . Old skool 3 x 10 each side and put your hand there you'll see what I'm talking about
