Exercising with a (formerly) broken body can be extremely challenging, especially without any idea of what you can even do. So for anyone looking for low impact or modified moves, I'm your gal!

I have no training or degrees in medicine, sports therapy, physiology, or anything relevant. I simply have 20 years of experience dealing with the numerous injuries and limitations and pain issues from the car accident I had in high school. I also have all the advice from the numerous medical personal I have seen over the years.

You can achieve great results while sitting. Some of the best modified exercises I have found are geared towards senior citizens. With that in mind, I present to you, SilverSneakers.
