I'm so confused with farm games on Switch

There's so many different farm games on the Nintendo Switch and I'm confused as to why there's so many of those "cozy games" out there... Rune Factory, Story of Seasons, Fae Farm, Farming simulator, so many games with the same concept with a similar premise that I've almost never heard about...

Did you play one of those games? Are they good? And are they worth their price?

      Yep, I really like RPG games such as What lies in the Multiverse, Genshin impact or Deltarune! I'm also a fan of survival games like This War of Mine or Stranded Deep, and I started playing a roguelike game that I'm really enjoying a lot (Dead Cells).
I'm not the biggest fan of "cozy games" even though I get the appeal, it's just that there's so many of them and I cannot differentiate any of them whatsoever (except Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing that are both really, really good) so I was a bit confused lol
