I'd pick super smart, you could probably use a big brain to create chemicals to make you have super speed and super strength!
I'd go for super mind. Being fast and strong are good options but I don't think those two would really matter. Being extremely smart though could get you somewhere.

As long as super-mind doesn't come with the downside of hearing other people's thoughts even when you don't want to, I'd pick that. If it does come with that kind of downside, I'd pick super-strength.
