I was very disappointed with that game. All the ads are what made me install it, but when I played it I frustrated with how slow it takes. So salute to you for bearing with it and grinding them coins out the system.
Lately I've been satisfying my mobile gaming cravings with games from the Tapjoy module in the Play Missions. My latest fix has been Goblins & Gold. It pays out 88 coins per level and after about level 10 it takes about a day to get through a level. It's an idle game, which means the tasks can take upwards of several hours, but time passes in-game even when you aren't playing. So I'm probably actually in the app for about 1 hour cumulati Ely over the course of the day. It's easy and kinda meditative to play. Check it out!
