Temple Gym in Noho, NYC

They play great music and gave knowledge fitness instructions for one on one training. Most of all though, the gym is clean with free clean towels and showers. Also included are the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The floors are heated too so it doesn't feel awful in the winter when you have to step on cold tiles.
