Nice gym, 24 hours.Very cheap off-peak at £12.99 per month. You get free yanga water for first month then £4 a month after.Offpeak hours are 00:00 - 15:00, then 22:00 - 00:00 weekdays and unlimited on weekends.Free classes even off peak.Standard membership where you can go anytime is £19.99 per month or for £24.99 you can have body composition and fitness tracking too.I've only been off peak so don't know how busy it gets in peak hours but lots of cardio and weight machines and very clean.Word of warning for the night owls, showers and locker room may close 1am -3am but there's a disabled toilet with shower you can use if unoccupied. You need a padlock for locker, these can be bought inside from a vending machine for £6.For the price and certainly offpeak its good value and never too busy, peak times will obviously be busier but I have no experience of that. You also get 1 free PT session after joining to use whenever you like.Usually 3 classes daily for off peak or 5 total for peak members which is unbelievable for the monthly price and they are all different so you can switch it up and not get bored.Just had my first class and I'm aching already so they work you a lot harder than you do yourself.Highly recommend for value for money and what you get.Much cheaper and cleaner than pure gym! Finally, you get an app that has free workouts, activity tracking and you can track your workouts. It also shows how many are currently in the gym so you can choose when to go when quieter if you wish. It's nice to see your data of how many times you visited in a month to try and better it and compare workouts to previous ones for progress.Definitely worth a membership! :)
