How can I home workout?

I'm kinda busy and I need to get in shape asap

I'm working part time and doing all the house chores lately

I've been eating a lot so I need some tips to loose weight and tone

    Try to just get some sort of continuous movement in every day for 20 mins minimum. Walking, running, chores with no breaks, whatever it is. Just make it continuous !
