Water

I always have a large bottle or cup of water with me when I'm home. I'll drink and refill it throughout the day. The trick is to drink a LOT of water, so that you have to get up often to <you know what I'm referring to>. This gets you up on your feet and moving around more than you would otherwise. Bonus excercise!

I try to drink 3.5 litres per day, its fine through the week but I often struggle to at weekends.
