Bagaimana cara agar tidak merasa kekurangan saat Keto?

Saya pernah menjalani diet keto beberapa kali, biasanya selama beberapa bulan. Saya mulai merasakan penurunan berat badan yang signifikan dan lebih banyak energi, tetapi mau tidak mau saya akan "jatuh dari jalur" karena saya mulai merasa kehilangan hal-hal yang saya sukai dan akhirnya menjadi sangat frustrasi karena diet yang sangat ketat itu terasa tidak berkelanjutan. Adakah yang punya kiat tentang cara menghentikan diri saya agar tidak merasa kehilangan begitu banyak sehingga saya tidak akan makan banyak karbohidrat setelah beberapa minggu dan merusak kemajuan saya?

    Dieting in general I feel is hard. But I feel snacking in between meals helps a little with not feeling so hungry.

    I do a low carb diet meaning I don't do strict keto. The doctor told me that keto is not good to do due to eating foods that has higher amounts of saturated fat foods. I eat everything (fruits, veggies, meat/protein, etc.) but just limit the food the high carbs & sugars. Small Carby treats are okay once in awhile. Also, walking and exercising is important. You won't see dramatic weight loss, it is more slower but healthier in my opinion. You do whatever works for you.
