Most diets around the world heavily rely on carbs - pasta, rice, and bread. I love all these three and gave up on the keto long ago.
Some recipes attempt to replace pasta and noodles w/ shredded vegetables and fruits, such as "Zucchini Noodles." For me, they just don't cut it.
If you are experienced w/ the Keto diet, what alternatives have you chosen to replace pasta, rice, and bread?
