Since the diet allows only 5-10% carbohydrates, the person is subject to very scarce carbs.
Due to a sudden big drop in carbs will body shed more hairs than usual since low carbs is associated with hair loss? Or it could even be from stess from adjusting to a big change.
If not hair loss, what issues will the diet raise with extremely low carbs?
I'm concerned since staying fit matters as much as looking good appearance-wise (including good hair volume 😆)!
