Question for intermittent fasting

Hi all,

 

I am started intermittent fasting for about two days.  And I skip to take breads and deserts.  And follow 168 fasting.  Do you guys suggest if I am planning to loss 10kg (78kg to 68kg) in about 3 months, any food I should eat more and any food I skip avoid?  Thank you.
