Apakah kardio selama puasa intermiten lebih efektif?

Ada istilah kardio puasa.

Ada yang mengatakan latihan kardio saat puasa pagi sebelum makan pertama lebih efektif, sementara yang lain mengatakan tidak, karena dengan tidak banyak karbohidrat akibat puasa, tubuh akan menggunakan komponen otot sebagai sumber energi.

 

Mana yang benar? Lalu, apakah penting melakukan kardio atau latihan beban saat berpuasa dalam hal keuntungan dan kerugian?

    I have axtually wondered this, i believe aince your body is already starting tonuse sole reserves, it would speed up metabolism

    In order to not lose muscle mass, you need to increase protein intake. Aim for around 30g of protein spaced three times evenly throughout the day (the 30-30-30 rule).

    Consuming more than 30g of protein in one sitting is not beneficial as the body can ONLY absorb 25-30g of protein every 2.5-3 hours. It, of course, depends on the person and there are variables, but 30g protein every 3 hours is my general rule of thumb and an easy way to remember it.
