Saya punya 2 pertanyaan:

A) Masalah frekuensi:

Saya tidak minum obat yang diresepkan dokter setiap hari. Saya punya 2 cara untuk meminumnya saat

1) Saya merasakan sedikit sakit kepala, dan

2) Tekanan darah saya lebih tinggi dari biasanya

 

Saya dengar agar obatnya bekerja, saya harus meminumnya secara teratur. Apakah ada bahayanya jika saya tidak meminumnya secara teratur? Jika ya, berapa dosisnya dan bagaimana efeknya?

 

B) Masalah waktu:

Saya juga dengar kalau tekanan darah naik saat tidur. Jadi, sebaiknya minum obat sebelum tidur. Benarkah begitu? Atau beda-beda tiap orang?Frekuensi dan waktu minum obat tekanan darah tinggi - Tanyakan topik #3

    I would think blood pressure would go down when you're at rest, but I've never really thought about it.
    
    As for when and how often you should take your meds, I think you should ask your doctor who prescribed them.

    Well, I know everyone is different, but when I lay down my blood pressure goes down. Also, from my experience, you can take blood pressure medication as needed. To be certain of any of this, please ask your doctor. 🧑‍⚕️

      Thank you very much for the comment. I agree with you. Any medication might have some sort of side effects or added effects that might have a negative result on individuals. I try not to take medication unless absolutely needed. 
      Doctors usually want patients to follow as instructed.

    This is something to talk with your doctor about, as they know more about your specific situation than we can. But I can say that sleeping *lowers* your blood pressure, so that shouldn't be a concern. When I was pregnant, I was told to contact my doctor if my blood pressure got above 140/90. They induced me both times due to high blood pressure because it can be dangerous for me and baby.

      Thank you very much for your msg. I also thought that resting that includes sleeping and no physical and mental activities would lower the blood prsssure.
