Auto logged out & lost points?

Anyone ever open up their app to check the status near the end of the day and it's logged you out? Then when you log back in, the steps for the day is set to zero? I get about 12-16k steps a day and now today I'm in bed with zero? 

Is there a way to get tech assistance?
