Bisakah seseorang membantu menebus kartu?

dapatkah seseorang menjelaskan bagaimana saya dapat menggunakan kartu hadiah saya setelah saya menguangkan koin untuk langkah saya ... Saya punya 3 kartu di folder hadiah saya tetapi tidak tahu cara menggunakannya.

    Click on the reward you want to use, verify the phone number associated with your account, then copy and paste the alphanumeric code in the gift card section on Amazon to redeem

      I've done that and everything I click the redeem i get directed to a page for Amazon and it won't load ...I've tried all 3 Amazon gift cards and they all do the same thing...
Please help if you can .
