I had same problem yesterday but I can get today morning.
Saya mencoba untuk menebus hadiah saya, saya merasa frustrasi setiap kali saya mencobanya, muncul pesan di layar bahwa "Saya harus memverifikasi akun saya, ketika saya melakukannya akan tertulis bahwa nomor ini telah diverifikasi."
Kalau sudah terverifikasi kenapa saya tidak bisa menukarkan hadiah saya.

We're assuming you hit redeem a second time to actually get it to acquire the gift card? I know some people have been having processing, which is that second redeem press, issues. Contact support if it doesnt.
