Unable to get gift cards

Is anyone else having issues? After a few seconds I get a message that says resend code or another option that says try another number. I've been trying for several days now and it doesn't matter how much I request ex. $5, $10, or $15 option. It won't let me continue and I have the points so that's not the issue. 

I've never had a problem in the past, this is just recently.
