Jika Anda butuh tambahan kopi di pagi hari, maka smoothie ini mungkin cocok untuk Anda. Dengan tambahan kacang kenari dan bubuk protein cokelat, smoothie ini kaya akan protein. Untuk membuat smoothie ini, campurkan:

 

• 1 1/2 cangkir kopi hitam dingin

• 1 cangkir es batu

• 1 buah pisang beku

• 1 sendok makan bubuk kakao tanpa pemanis

• 1/4 cangkir kenari cincang

• 6 sendok makan bubuk protein coklat

      20.82 - That's ok, there really isn't a "wrong" way to make a smoothie. Sometimes I just throw whatever is in my fridge along with some chia seeds and protein powder and call it a smoothie.
