    My dumbbell is 25 pounds. So, I used one dumbbell with two hands when I started. It seemed lighter and lighter as the time goes by. Now, I can at least lift it up with one hand.

    I also work out with dumb bells. But mines are 5 lbs

    I only lift it up. I still can't exercise with one hand. It requires two hands. haha

    I also used lighter dumbbells such as 5 lbs. It has been a challenge to add more weight.
