Low calorie fast food power foods!

My go to low calorie foods for when we eat out. 

  1. Subways black first ham  6" sub. You can load up on low calorie veggies with this one. Only 300 calories
  2. Burger kings whopper junior is a great burger to eat when you need that fix! It's only 323 calories 
  3. McDonald's spicy buffalo chicken snack wrap is a good choice when you are wanting a little something spicy. There are 240 calories in this choice. 
  4. Pita pita turkey pita loaded up with veggies is very filling for just under 200 calories. A good way to get your veggies in.
