This is my favourite veggies pasta that I prefer to have daily in my lunch with juice.
It is quick and easy to prepare.
It has total 280 calories per serving and keeps you full for long time.
You just need below ingredients
45g butter
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp mustard powder
1 small garlic clove, crushed
500ml (2 cups) milk
60g vintage cheddar cheese, coarsely grated, plus extra to serve
200g zucchini noodles
200g carrot noodles
250g sweet potato noodlesparsley.
It is colourful and very healthy for gut. Must try and let me know
