Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Croutons

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  3. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.
  4. Slice grilled chicken and add to the salad. Top with croutons before serving.
