Sup tomat ikan bass M12

Tomat, jamur dan ketumbar dicuci dan dikupas lalu dicincang.

Potong ikan Seavbass selebar 2 jari, tambahkan 1 sdm anggur masak, 1/4 bagian garam, 1/2 bagian lada hitam, aduk rata, lalu tambahkan 2 sdm minyak jagung untuk direndam selama 20 menit.

Didihkan sepanci air, rebus ikan, lalu angkat.

Pada wajan terpisah, panaskan minyak lalu tuang pure tomat, tumis dengan api sedang, lalu tuang ke dalam panci dan aduk selama 3 menit.

      Haha, you can replace the sea bass to another sea food or meat or meat-free such as tofu.
