Daging has dalam goreng nanas M14 ๐Ÿ

Nanas, paprika hijau dan merah dipotong-potong, daging tenderloin dipotong-potong.

Rendam tenderloin dengan putih telur, garam, 1 sdm arak masak, dan air perasan jahe selama 15 menit. Kemudian gulingkan di atas tepung kanji dan goreng, tiriskan, dan dinginkan.

Panaskan wajan terpisah, tumis paprika hijau dan merah hingga layu, lalu tambahkan irisan, nanas, gula, dan 1 sdm kecap asin, masak hingga daging matang.
