Saya bukan orang yang suka berolahraga. Saya bahkan tidak bisa push up atau pull up, tetapi suami saya senang berolahraga. Saya tidak mampu membayar keanggotaan pusat kebugaran, tetapi saya ingin mulai menjadi lebih bugar sehingga kami dapat melakukan lebih banyak hal bersama. Di mana saya harus memulainya?
