    63- planks are an easy and quick fix that u wouldn't think does much but added to a daily routine will show great benefits. Maybe Google 30 day plank challenge and start like that

    Crunches may be a good place to start but make sure you are using good form

    I like crunches, and also do Russian twists with a medicine ball.
