Latihan kekuatan tanpa beban

Saya tinggal sementara di suatu tempat, jadi saya tidak ingin membeli barang-barang berat. Saya ingin latihan kekuatan dan beberapa resistance band. Apakah kalian merekomendasikan latihan kekuatan di rumah tanpa beban?

    I recommend straps/rings that attach over a door. They are very versatile, I like doing inverted rows with them.
