Latihan di rumah apa yang Anda rekomendasikan?

Terkadang saya bermain bulu tangkis dengan teman-teman kuliah, atau melakukan yoga di rumah. Sebagian besar teman saya lebih suka pergi ke pusat kebugaran atau berenang. Adakah olahraga di rumah yang Anda rekomendasikan?

    What are your goals? You could start with calisthenics. Very little equipment is needed as you are relying on your own bodyweight to grain strength and mobility!

    Dance will definitely work and it's fun! Diet is important too. Cut down on some calories, reducing some sugars and fats can help. Good luck!!

      Yep I always cut down the sugar and salt for mg dishes.
