Pernahkah kamu bermimpi mendapatkan surat Hogwarts? Aku juga! Hari ini, kita akan menyelami film pertama, "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" (juga disebut "Philosopher's Stone" di beberapa tempat).

Film ini dimulai dengan Harry Potter, seorang anak laki-laki biasa (yah, sebiasa anak yatim piatu yang tinggal bersama kerabat yang pemarah). Namun, di ulang tahunnya yang ke-11, semuanya berubah. Ternyata, Harry seorang penyihir! Ia melarikan diri dari kehidupan suramnya dan pergi ke Sekolah Sihir Hogwarts.
