Dengan cara apa saja kalian mencoba meningkatkan diri?

Sejak awal tahun ini, saya berusaha untuk lebih sering keluar rumah dan berjalan kaki setiap hari. Perubahannya tidak terlalu signifikan, tetapi sangat membantu saya tetap aktif dan memiliki waktu untuk diri sendiri. Saya sudah berlatih yoga dan meditasi sesekali, tetapi saya masih berusaha menjadikannya kebiasaan sehari-hari. Bagaimana dengan kalian?

    I like walking. Do lots of steps. But also in work my steps count :)

    I have taken on a couple more cleaning jobs, as am gaining weight on medication and have been told to do more exercise and less food....so let's see if the medical peeps are right 🤔🤔

    I'm trying to workout when I have the time to, I try to walk a lot and I also reduce the amount of sugar I'm eating everyday so that I don't gain weight

    I've been trying to just do a bit better than before. I'm eating less and exercising more. So far, so good. I've managed to lose some weight and build a bit of muscle.

    Due to me getting extremely obese and my peripheral neuropathy pain went from just being in my feet getting outta control in my hips and legs now I need to make a change.
