Berhenti ngemil

Perubahan ini sangat berarti bagi saya. Saya mulai dari hal kecil dengan mengurangi ngemil antara sarapan dan makan siang. Kemudian, saya beralih ke waktu antara makan siang dan makan malam. Dan akhirnya setelah makan malam.

    After dinner, late in the night is my downfall. I am trying to do better because eating before bedtime is not good.

      Here's a trick I came up with. I bought a bag of sugar free hard candies. When I feel like snacking, but am not really hungry, I have a candy.

      It's not easy. You gotta start small and use things like drinking (lots of) water. I've also found sucking on sugar free hard candies to be helpful.
