65. I like drinking ice cold water
Saya kesulitan sekali untuk minum lebih banyak air. Untuk sementara, saya minum air mineral, yang memang enak, tapi agak mahal dan saya benci membeli plastik sekali pakai seperti air minum kemasan. Saya juga tidak tahan dengan perasa air yang mengandung pemanis.
Sudahkah Anda menemukan trik agar Anda minum lebih banyak air?

I drink a lot of herb or flower teas. It's water... with plants 😂 I don't add any sugar or anything so it works for me.

I've done things like adding mint leaves to my water and its certainly better than nothing!

Have you tried adding lemon to your water? If you like that, there are individual drink packets that are NOT sweeteners called True Lemon, True Lime, and True Orange. It is real lemon, lime, and orange crystalized into powder.

Oh I'll have to give those a try! I've added lemon slices to my water before and it was okay, but getting random chunks of lemon pulp was not so pleasant lol

I am a regular little alchemist, anymore... I also use these True Lemon/Lime/Orange packets to cut how sweet other drink mixes can be. For example, in my 32oz water jug I combine 1 True Lemon packet 1 Strawberry Skittles water flavor packet

Have you heard of Jordan's Skinny Syrups? They sell a ton of sugar free syrups in so many different flavors. I have a cabinet dedicated to sugar free syrups from Jordan's, Torani, Mateo...
