Meskipun aku baik-baik saja di kebanyakan hari, sulit bagiku untuk mengendalikan diri di hari bebas, karena ya, itu bukan hal yang biasa! Bagaimana kamu mengatasinya?

    If you only put your food in a bowl or a plate, encourage yourself that you only need to fill it once. Or make it tougher to get all the foods you snack on - hide them in the back of the pantry or fridge.
