Camilan sebelum latihan

Saya belum pernah mencoba suplemen pra-latihan seperti minuman nore. Tapi saya dengar makan sebelum latihan meningkatkan performa dan mengurangi kerusakan otot. Terutama jika Anda mengonsumsi karbohidrat dengan protein. Saya suka makan oatmeal, bubuk protein, yogurt Yunani, dan buah-buahan sebelum pergi ke gym.     I have a snack or small meal, and caffeine. I feel stronger with some calories in me and caffeine gives me energy. I haven't noticed much difference with different macros though, as long as it's not super unbalanced.
