    Do Not try the "chocolate" flavoured one. It is, very possibly, the worst thing you will ever put in your mouth.

    The other flavours are better. Berry is ok. Coconut Almond isn't bad. The mocha one is pretty decent

    The absolute best one is Vanilla Chai. It's the only one I've had that I really like.

    Flavour aside, I do feel pretty good after having a shake for breakfast.

    I like this brand, what other kind of vitamins or minerals does it contain besides protein? Electrolytes or BCAAs perhaps?
