• 3 tablespoons peanut butter powder (I used to only buy PBfit or PBfit2, but after doing the research I realized the generics were just as good! And in some cases better!)
• 1 tsp vanilla flavoring (The kind I use is not very expensive, and it is made with synthetic vanillin)
• ½ - 1 scoop of Oath Nutrition Melonade Stand pre-workout (if it's an LSR day, I might even go for the extreme 2 full scoops! Out all depends on the distance!)
• ½ - 1 cup almond milk (I usually get the Costco generic, taste great and it's a great For my budget too!
• Then I fill my shaker cup to the brim with my own homemade cold brew.
Then I "shake it, shake it,... shake it, shake it,... Shake it like a Polaroid picture!" 🎶🎵🎶🎵
