Brunnera Macrophylla (also known as Siberian bugloss) has small, bright blue forget-me-not like flowers that bloom on the plant for several weeks and last throughout early summer. 

It has a moderate growth rate and a life expectancy of about 10 years under ideal conditions. Brunnera typically dies back from the crown each winter and regrows from the base each spring.
