Diet vegan jangka pendek

Baru saja mendengar di stasiun radio bahwa ada penelitian yang menunjukkan diet vegan jangka pendek (8 minggu) memiliki banyak manfaat kesehatan termasuk memperlambat penuaan.

Saya tidak tahu tentang semua itu, tetapi yang saya tahu secara keseluruhan, orang-orang banyak mengonsumsi makanan olahan dan daging, dan menambahkan beberapa sayuran dalam pola makan kita tidak akan ada salahnya.

    Not vegan but I've been vegetarian for 8 years. I was pregnant and had to see Dr every week (my numbers were bad and was further along during pregnancy) within one week my numbers were great and have remained great. I also used to struggle weight wise and managed to lose and keep off 60 plus pounds
