      Always check your lock screen and make sure the step counter is working. Some phones like to stop it if running more than one app.
Cash your coins in as soon as you get enough for a $5 gift card. Some people have had coins disappear.
Make sure you have a good data/wifi connection when opening bonus chests. If ad can't run, you will get 1 coin.

It's a fairly good app, just very particular on what kind of phones and networks it works on.

    There are a couple $10 options but mostly $5, depending what gift card you want.  You can only redeem once in a 24 hour period so don't hold onto your coins.
