Masalah penarikan poin

Saya menghadapi masalah dalam penarikan poin melalui program. Saya sudah menunggu tanpa ada penyelesaian proses. Apa penyebab masalah ini??

    When did you redeemed your gift card? I have been seeing posts that people are waiting up to a week for it. Best to email customer support with your concerns. They don't answer anything from here..

      I redeme my gift today and for your in information how long the gift should be redeme ? As i am already sent an email for the customer support to inquire about this case

      Not sure why but for some people they get it instantly and others ( new update version) they have to wait. I personally redeemed a gift on Tuesday and got it right away.. I see other people said up to a week.

      It seems to be mostly new /newer users who have to wait. I have not had the issue either as I've always gotten the cards instantly even last week. 
      
      The app as far as we can tell has multiple versions depending on what type of phone you have and where you live
